Pokemon Neo Revelation File 3 (Japan, 2000) The 3rd of the Premium File Folders following Neo Genesis & Neo Discovery. The highlights in this set are definitely the Holo Celebi and that wonderful Lugia card. But honestly they are all great. This is a must have for any serious collector of the Pokemon tcg. Condition: File folder is clean and has very light wear, nothing major. The cards are all NM to M, except a couple have some minor edge issues, like the Raikou wholesale card. But the cards that count are excellent!!! No inserts. No cellophane package.
