Must READ! I have a MacBook Pro 13' from 2015 works perfectly no cracks or major scratches! My lil sister was just using it for school work. However when she was messing with stuff she accidentally turned on firmware password. Which is somewhat of a easy fix. It just requires you to remove the bag and remove ONLY ONE of the RAM sticks and then turn It back on, then go into settings turn Firmware password off and turn off put RAM back in and turn it back on and should be good to go. There are also couple other ways such as taking straight to apple to remove but that's the DIY technique I know. See only reason I haven't done it myself is I recently upgraded to newest iPad Pro and don't got time to put into something I don't need! For the price your getting it for this is a steal! Comes with charger as well and laptop case! $225 OBO. PS This is not a apple or iCloud lock on the device so it don't require no ownership details wholesale or anything like that. It's a simple system protection.
