Jefferson Golden Hour mystery clocks are very interesting and unique clocks, production started late 1949, the date of manufacture is found under wholesale base by removing 2 screws, this one is 10/24/1952, they are 24 karat gold plated, dimensions are 8 7/8” h 4 1/2” deep outside diameter of outer ring is 7 7/16” and are 2.3lbs. This one has normal wear and tear, and the glass is in mint condition, no chips no cracks. Mystery clocks were a thing in the late 1800's but these were the most popular and famous of them all.
