The iPad looks like brand new since it has been in an Otter Case for its ENTIRE life. I will also send the used Otter case with the purchase. The case has been loved and I recommend when you get this product to buy another case for it to keep the iPad in beautiful condition. It is in excellent shape. Please look at pictures.
