-in good condition -no major problem except wholesale there is a small crack on the screen protector and two tiny white dots on the screen which was there when I bought it -it will come with the case too -I just don't have the charger -I am unsure if this is an unlocked phone but I think so if not it might be sprint carrier because I didn't have a sims card in it.
