Works, ticks like a normal clock and moves normally after putting a battery inside. Battery not included for hazard reasons. The clock mechanism in the back is loose and spins around easily for some reason. Not sure how to tighten wholesale it or if it was originally like that or not. Two chips or damage as shown. The dog's ear and the cat that sits on the top's tail are chipped. The tail comes loose, but can easily be put back on. It's connected to a wire. Could be glued, but it's easy to move it back into position. These small issues are almost not noticeable if it's wall mounted or painted over. Item SOLD AS IS. Ships with USPS priority mail.
