This is a super rare piece made in the 1940s. It is a Disney turnabout cookie jar displaying DUMBO on one side and PLUTO on the other. It is approx. 13 1/2 inches tall and 7 1/2 inches wide. There is paint loss, as there is with most pieces produced in this period. Because they were “cold painted” this led to paint loss over time. Pluto has a yellow bow and red tongue Dumbo has a yellow collar and a wholesale small red bow on top of his head. There are no cracks but some crazing to the cookie jar. The bottom states, PLUTO-DUMBO . Under this title reads U.S.A. 23L and under that Walt Disney with copyright sign.
