Cross Posted This Rare & Beautiful Vintage Set, Was Made in England - Each Piece is Authentically Detailed with it's 1944 Royal Albert, Ltd Copyright! The Cup is 3” Tall & 3.5” Diameter. The Plate is 9” in Length x 6.25” This Set is in Exquisite Condition, if not for 3 very minor, hardly noticeable, mfr defects -that only add to its Authenticity.** (For transparency, see blue photo highlight) Namely: One Cup (3 photo views) has a “Glaze Chip” at the bottom cup edge, below the delicate gold rim. (Glaze Chips are a mold flaw; Not post production - they're smooth, not rough to touch) One plate has a few tiny “Glaze Bubbles” & Another plate has a tiny pre-glaze spec wholesale. ** Many pottery pieces made in this early era have a tendency to have defects. This is because many early potteries were experimenting with ingredients & glazes. Consequently, such defects was commonplace.
