Hair is smooth, you wholesale can tell they made the dolls very well back then! Red cloak- also needs TLC! Has Pleasant Company 1992 tag. Looks like it was cut as some point and resewn. Can be fixed with good sewing skills. Winter Muff- great condition! No stains or signs of wear. Felicity Book American Girl & Felicity's meet dress (American Girl brand) has some minor stains, have not tried to remove. Otherwise good condition. Red nightgown- great condition Half of a Pleasant Company sleeping bag. Can be used as bedding for a doll. Pleasant Company Jacket & Hat- good condition, has some lint that can be cleaned up removed.
